Rude behavior is simply RUDE

Christmas is coming and the Goose is getting fat, please......................................................

Care to guess why I stopped at please? Answer: I didn't want to confuse too many people since most folks DO NOT KNOW what it means. LOL. Sad but true.

Christmas is getting close, so rude behavior is at an all time high in the malls and other retail stores. Gotta get it, gotta get it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Stuff,things,crap, whatever you want to call it.

I truly love Christmas time, it is just a very cool time of the year, saying goodbye to what was hopefully a good year, or saying good riddance to a bad year and ready to start anew and make some changes. Either way, it's all good.

The thing about Christmas I am not real crazy about, how everybody gets so nuts about presents, worrying if they got enough, or the right thing, or hoping they will like it, whatever, gosh, it just isn't what Christmas is about.

That's my vent for today, gotta feeling more are coming before tonight, LOL.

Well, I have been browsing the news today and I think that the respective Governors of the State of Illinois and Missouri have qualified for a special "Mooreon Achievement".

I read about their criticism of how Ameren Corp recently handled the massive power outage in the midwest and how they are calling for investigations and inquiries and WHATEVER.

Hey guys, Mother Nature is a bit of a bitch and very unpredictable. Do you have a solution? My guess is no.

Maybe you should bring in the talented Mr. Sharpton to help you figure it out.

Stop pointing fingers from your glass houses boys, people will start pointing back.

Politicians, don't you just love them? In a time of crisis, their first response is always "how can it help me?"

I would like to point out the exception to Mr. Rudy G. of New York. Rudy, let me know what I can do in 08 and I am there. I really think you care.

Well, I would like to apologize for the long delay in postings, but I was besieged with requests for guest commentaries and out of town visitors and my kids had a busy month. So with that out of the way, time to get back to the nitty gritty.

I gotta say, there has been alot of candidates for "Jackass of the Month" , wow, it has been a busy time. But, gotta pick somebody.

To all the people who waited in line for days or allowed your children to stand in line for days to get a Sony PS3, you are hands down the winners.

You are simply "Mooreons" , yes we have changed the spelling in tribute to the "King of the Mooreons" Mr. ............................................

Words cannot even begin to describe the lunacy of this, I mean we are talking about tag!! That is more American than baseball to play as a kid.

Dodgeball, Tag, Capture the Flag, Flag Football, Jump rope, let's just ban them all and hold a ceremony in the park. Instead of turning on the lights, let's illuminate the place with barrels full of burning books we don't want our kids to read, Mark Twain, outta here, Dr. Suess, well that Cat in the Hat seems a bit horny to me. Get Rid of it!!!

Come on folks, we have got to quit analyzing every damn thing, let kids be kids, try and teach them to be nice. Whatever happened to that concept?

I have been away a couple days, this was so laughable to read, I couldn't hold it steady.

Hip OH Crits

Well, I can't let the day go by without saying something about this. These neighbors of mine whom they are good people, without a doubt made the "Jackass Comment of the Day".

They are hardcore Republicans and that's cool, I don't have to agree with someone on every point to respect them, hey, freedom of choice is a cool thing.

They were discussing some of the different activities for our local GOP in preperation for the upcoming elections. I made a comment about how the Party must be scrambling to overcome the damage that Congressman Mark Foley did.

They said, "Well, we don't expect to much fallout, anyone with any sense at all can see he was set up by some faction of the Democrats, this is all nonsense and the truth will come out."

Hmmmm. Foley admitted it, he is in rehab, throwing out all kinds of excuses about why he is a pedophile. Yep, that sure sounds like a Democratic conspiracy to me.

Stay safe people, this is me taking off till tomorrow or later in the day, or who the hell knows. That's unpredictable beauty of me.

I have another pet peeve to talk about, Manners. Where have they gone?

I run into more pre-teens and teens that lack the basic common courtesies, why is this? It is our fault, parents worldwide.

Does your child have a part-time job? Are they showing up for work on time? Or do you take the attitude, "It's just a part-time job, don't worry about it"?

Is everyone really too busy to notice their children lack basic respect for others, or think the little one liners that get edgier each day is cute? Come on.

Remember my motto, "Let's be nice"

I have decided to start this blog as more of a vent than anything else. Something occurred last week to someone I love very much that just really set me off. When you look at the grand scheme of things in the universe, how many problems could be solved worldwide if we were just a little bit nicer to each other. Things really aren't that complicated.

Integrity ladies and gentlemen, where has it gone?

For those of you who are parents, we have got to start breaking the damn cycle more often and raise better citizens.

Success? It can be a great thing, there is nothing wrong with it, but it can be achieved with integrity. We have got to start teaching this to our kids now.

Backstabbing longtime friends, having sex with influential people who can further your career. Are you teaching your children this is the way? If you are, well shame on you and STOP IT NOW.

Why has it become so hard to just be nice to each other? Being nice can really be alot of fun. Try it out.

Initiative, drive, ambition. These are all fantastic words, let's try sticking to the TRUE meaning of these. Remember, they don't mean, "screw over friends and colleagues to get what you want".

By the way, I have been thinking of naming a Jackass of the Month, at first I thought it would be that peeve of a Congressman Foley, I have changed my mind, every single member of Congress gets the honor of Jackass of the Month. You enabled this to continue in the name of politics and "protecting the party". You guys really suck.
