What is success?
I pose a few questions to you:
1. What does the term success mean to you?

I have another pet peeve to talk about, Manners. Where have they gone?
I run into more pre-teens and teens that lack the basic common courtesies, why is this? It is our fault, parents worldwide.
Does your child have a part-time job? Are they showing up for work on time? Or do you take the attitude, "It's just a part-time job, don't worry about it"?
Is everyone really too busy to notice their children lack basic respect for others, or think the little one liners that get edgier each day is cute? Come on.
Remember my motto, "Let's be nice"

Amen to that, I own a subway franchise and my biggest problem is not finding employees, but getting them to show up for work. I actually asked one of the parents of my employee where their kid was as they didn't show up for work, their answer was, "well, you know kids, I am not too worried about a part time job as long as it doesn't become a habit"
What the hell does that mean?
